Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the option chosen at checkout and the destination.

At NC Bijouterie, we do everything we can to ensure your package is shipped quickly and handed over to the carrier as soon as possible. However, some variations or delays may occur due to delivery services or other external factors beyond our control.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and includes any required apartment or doorbell numbers. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the address. If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and the reshipping fees.
If you wish to return an item, it must be in perfect condition, unworn, and returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
Returns are at the customer's expense, and initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized items are final sales and cannot be returned.

Products must be returned in protective or original packaging.
If the item is damaged, worn or improperly packaged, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied, or the return may be refused.
Once your return is accepted, we will contact you for further details regarding where to return the product.
Returns are processed within 7 to 10 business days after receipt of the package.
