Shipping  Policy

We currently only deliver to Canada.

Orders are shipped within 5 to 14 business days depending on the delivery option chosen at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and includes any required apartment or doorbell numbers. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the address. If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for return and reshipping costs.

 

If you wish to return an item, it must be in perfect condition, unworn, and returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returns are the customer's responsibility, and initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

NB: Any package returned without prior authorization may be refused.

 

Products must be returned in protective or original packaging.

If the item is damaged, worn, or poorly packaged, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied, or the return may be refused.

 

Once your return is accepted, we will contact you with further details regarding where to return the product.

 

Returns are processed within 7 to 10 business days after receipt of the package.
